Introducing Cecilia Joy Kennedy Popa, born into love and laughter on April 20, 2024, at 2:59 am. Proud parents Nanette (Assistant for Children and Youth) and Dustin, along with big sister Eliza (3), are over the moon with gratitude and settling in nicely as a family of four. The Popas would like to thank everyone for the well wishes, meals, and gifts they have received.
