Under grey skies and threatening rain we gathered on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at Lake Logan Camp and Conference Center for the Eucharist to remember those lost, those found, those grieving and those who gave of their time and their talents.
Accompanied by “good ol' mountain music”, and led by Bishop Jose, we stood to pray, grieve, rejoice and confirm the presence of the Risen Lord. Presiding Bishop Sean Rowe presented a delightful sermon. As we processed to communion through the wet grass, I was reminded again not only of the rain, the wind, and dark clouds on that night but also the glorious sun and warm temperatures afterward that allowed the cleanup to begin.
Following the service we greeted those known and unknown and proceeded to the the cafeteria for a barbeque lunch and socializing. Pictures of a few of the Trinitarians present are here. A huge thank-you the the diocese and all those involved with the planning and executing of this event.
