Congratulations to Dillon and David Manly on the birth of their granddaughter Parker Elizabeth White. Mother Maggie Manly and daughter are doing great! Parker was born 8/21/21 and weighed 6 lbs 8 oz. This makes grandchild #3 for the Manlys!
