  • First, please know that we encourage you to consult with your physician to be sure attendance is in the best interest of your health and well-being. It is impossible for us at Trinity to know what is best for your individual health and safety.

  • Second, our Wednesday 12:15p service will be reserved for individuals 60 years old and above. Other services are for any age group

  • Third, we are limited to 50 people in attendance. Participation will be on a first-come first-served basis.

  • Fourth, upon arrival we will require all persons to check in, have a temperature check, and we will require all persons to properly wear a mask/face covering throughout the entirety of the service. Those unable to wear a mask are kindly asked not to attend.

  • Fifth, this web page contains all the information and documents related to our outdoor worship. On this page you will also find a protocol for exposure control. Should someone who has attended one of our outdoor worship services inform us later that they have tested positive for COVID-19, we will implement this exposure protocol, which may or may not require some in attendance to quarantine. We ask that you let us know immediately if you develop symptoms or secure a positive COVID-19 test if you have been in attendance at any Trinity Event.

  • Sixth, we have developed protocols to keep the distribution of the Holy Eucharist as healthy and safe as possible. We will give you the details at the service.

  • Seventh, current recommendations asked that there be no singing in groups, as singing can spread the virus at further distances. Therefore, for some services we will have instrumental music only and for some services a soloist will be added. But there will be no congregational singing and we ask that you try not to sing along with a soloist. This will be very difficult for many of us and we hope that this will change in a short amount of time.

  • Ninth, if you do not have a copy of the Book of Common Prayer and would like to get one to bring with you we are taking orders. On this page you will find a link to an order page for the prayer book. You can then make a payment on our donation page, trinityasheville.org/make-a-donation.

  • Tenth, we will continue to encourage you to make your monetary contributions remotely. Consider making your offering before you attend. Any of the following options are welcomed:

  • Through U.S. Mail to 60 Church St., Asheville, NC 28801.

  • Through any mobile device by downloading the Give+ app

Lastly, though this list is long we believe these outdoor worship services offer us a powerful way to be together at this time in a setting that is as healthy and safe as any group experience at this time. We cannot promise no risk, yet we believe we have developed an experience that matches, if not exceeds all recommendations. We look forward to seeing you.
